 How long will my order take to arrive

I aim to pack and ship your order within 2 working days, often sooner.  However during exceptionally busy times please allow a little longer.

 

1st class shipping should arrive within 1-2 business days of it being shipped (not ordered).  This does not including weekends or bank holidays.

2nd class should arrive within 5 business days of it being shipped (not ordered)

DPD works a little differently.  I have to drop off the parcel before 12noon for it to be collected the next day.  So for example, if you order Monday, I drop it off Tuesday, it will be collected Wednesday and delivered Thurs (usually) possibly Friday.  If you order Friday, I drop it off Monday, it will be collected Tuesday and delivered to you Wednesday.  

1st class is usually the quickest service but DPD tends to be more reliable.

 

My order hasn't been delivered

The delivery times given above are a guideline only.  Once I have dropped your parcel off at the Post Office or DPD pickup, it is out of my control.

A couple of times this year RM have taken 15 days to deliver a 1st Class parcel.  

All orders have a tracking number.  DPD is easy to track and see where your parcel currently is at.  RM tracking only updates when a delivery has been attempted.  Thus, if you haven't received it, I will ask you to wait for up to 15 working days just to see if it does arrive.

2nd class - £3.95

1st class - £4.50

DPD - £5.95

 

 

I have put the wrong address on my order.

Please contact me as soon as you are able, usually via the website is the fastest way to catch me.  I don't regularly check social media DMs and am likely to miss your message if it is urgent.

If I haven't shipped your box out, I will be able to change the address for you.  However, once your parcel has been dropped off at the Post Office, I am unable to make any changes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping at the time of ordering and Rushmere Soaps will not send any replacement items or issue refunds if an incorrect address was given.

 

 

Can you gift wrap my box

I can add a personalised name label and I'm also happy to hand write a gift note to pop into your box.  However, I do not offer a specific gift wrapping service.

 

 

Can you pack my order in separate boxes as they are gifts for people

I sorry, I'm am only able to ship your soaps in the one box.
The costs of packaging have risen so much recently that I have only factored in part of the cost for one box, most of it I cover myself.  I don't have enough profit margin to include an additional box with your order. 

If you do need your items in two boxes, please place a second order.
